First, we conduct a short 30 minute meeting to explore the key areas we can help your business save money.
Next, we conduct a preliminary savings scan of your expenses, contracts, and supplier arrangements and compare these against market rates and our benchmarks.
We then work through these numbers with you, and gain your approval to proceed with negotiating with your suppliers and implementing your new and improved pricing.
We may also refer you to one of our carefully selected insurance brokers or banking partners to provide pricing on financial products.
Finally (and this is the really fun part!) we go through the final report and confirm how much we have saved your business.
We do this with minimum disruption to your business and all it takes is a short amount of your time - potentially saving you tens of thousands of dollars.

Cashflow cleanup calculates our fees as 25% of the total savings achieved over 12 months for our clients, meaning we always deliver great value with minimum risk to your business.
All we need from you is a small amount of time, and we do the rest. Our goal is to find money you can put back into your business, and if we don’t find you savings, we won’t charge you a cent.

My name is Ellice, and I started Cashflow Cleanup after spending 20 years of my career looking at business expenses and seeing so many potential savings that people just didn’t have the time or know-how to implement.
I worked for 15 years in Business and Private Banking, then 5 years at a fast growing tech start-up that analysed billions of dollars worth of company spend.
I noticed all too often that business operators get so busy with the day to day tasks they don’t have time to go through old contracts, subscriptions and supplier arrangements. I was seeing a lot of hard earned money go down the drain.
I’m passionate about finding savings, reducing wasted expenditure, getting a good deal, and maximising profits for my clients.
